This True TDBD-72-2 double duty two door refrigerated deli case gives you the added advantage of two refrigerated compartments. The top compartment provides a high profile area for displaying and selling ready to serve deli products like meats, cheeses, and prepared side dishes. The lower display compartment is ideal for storing larger, bulky items for quick access during peak business hours.
This double duty deli case utilizes a high humidity gravity coil refrigeration system powered by a 1/2 hp compressor to maintain temperatures between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Self closing, "Low E" thermal glass rear sliding doors provide easy access for selling and stocking your products. One full length stainless steel shelf and two adjustable PVC coated shelves ensure maximum merchandising versatility.
