Hobart W32C-5 Description

The Hobart W32C-5 model wrap station can hold three separate roll films inside its 221/2-inch-wide body. The films can measure from 8 inches to 18 inches wide, but the top roller can only hold rolls with a maximum diameter of 91/2 inches. The roll core plugs and frame are made of durable aluminum, while the wrapping surface and roll shafts are made of plated steel. Users can purchase the optional SP sealer belt to increase wrapping rates to a working speed of 330 inches per minute.

This Hobart W32C-5 wrap station’s film cutting rod assists with wrapping, granting a proper seal. The 8-inch by 15-inch teflon-coated hot plate ensures the wrapping at the bottom of the package is fully sealed. At low temperatures, this unit turns off to reduce operational costs. The unit features customizable height adjustment, and separately sold shelves can be mounted to the structure for additional working space. The hand wrap station and hot plate should be cleaned with a mild detergent and cloth, while the cut-off rod should be maintained with a non-abrasive pad after it’s reached temperatures.
