The NGW1-LI1LR is the 1-roll Left-to-Right NGW Automatic Wrapping System from Hobart that automatically weighs, wraps, and labels up to 30 packages per minute with (1) film roll and an integrated scale and label applier.

The NGW wrapping system uses an advanced sensor system and camera technology to automatically size packages, weigh them (12 lb x .005 lb and 30 lb x .01 lb), and then use a variable film roll selection and cut length to optimize film efficiency. The unit then stretches film around all 4 sides, seals the tray, calculates the price, then prints and applies the label on the package.

There is a 14" touchscreen display on this wrapping system with controls that can support up to 999,999 1-6 digit PLU codes and it features a 2-way communication remote diagnostics/monitoring system.

This printer on this automatic wrapping system has an 8 dot/mm high-resolution thermal printhead and it can print labels up to 3" x 4" that can provide ingredients, graphics, special messages, and nutritional information.

Packages can range up to 6" high x 15" wide x 10" deep and the unit operates with a tank-based pneumatics power wrapping system.

The NGW1-LI1LR NGW automatic wrapping system is a UL listed electric unit that operates at 220 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and

20 Amps and it requires hardwiring.

Hobart suggests that all electrical connections be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper safety codes and guidelines.

All Hobart AWS, NGW and scales are all factory reset & come with a service key. You will have to have Hobart come to do initial set up. Once your unit has been set up, you can use the service key to change sku's and pricing.
