This Commercial Bakery Half Size Electric Convection Oven is designed for use in any professional food service operation!
Solid-State controls yield better end results. You get food quality like never before, thanks to the advanced-design solid-state controls of the Hobart half-size electric convection oven. Its accurate thermostat assures even oven temperatures, while its digital countdown timer visually and audibly tells you precisely when the baking time you've selected has elapsed. Hobart gives you high production in compact space. Convertible door that is factory-supplied left-opening can be converted easily to right-opening door to accommodate changes in work flow.
This item has a stainless steel exterior with non-chipping aluminized steel oven liner. The controls are recessed on right front of oven. The temperature is controlled by the electronic thermostat and ranges from 150°F - 450°F. This item has a three-position switch with settings for OFF, ON, and COOL DOWN. There are two indicator lights: POWER ON and OVEN READY.

IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
