Garland MCO-ES-10-S Description
The Garland MCO-ES-10-S full-size convection oven uses a fan to move heat evenly throughout the cavity, speeding up cooking. Its fan speed can be set at low or high settings depending on the type of product being cooked. Operators can set the one-hour timer with solid-state controls and adjust the temperature within a range from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Designed to accommodate full-size sheet pans side to side, this Garland MCO-ES-10-S single-deck electric convection oven has a 24-inch standard depth. It comes with six pan racks that can be adjusted into 13 different positions. The interior has a porcelain-enameled finish that creates nonstick, slick surfaces for swift cleaning. Coved corners inside the cavity eliminate cracks and crevices, reducing debris buildup. Lighting in the oven shines on the product so users can monitor cooking through the glass door windows. These dependent doors can be opened with one hand using a single handle for smooth cavity access, even if the operator's other hand is full.
